Service terms

How our services are delivered and who is responsible for what.

Draft for review. Have these terms checked by a lawyer before launch and align them with your signed agreements.

Our role

We are your point of contact. We understand your requirements, recommend services, coordinate the work and follow up. Some services are delivered by independent specialist providers in our network, as described below.

Licensed professional services

Legal, accounting, audit, tax, company secretary and immigration services are carried out by appropriately qualified providers, not by us directly. Where required, you may enter into an engagement directly with that provider.

Shipping and logistics

Freight, warehousing, customs clearance coordination and delivery are performed by our logistics provider. After we introduce you, a dedicated account manager at the provider handles your shipment and correspondence about it. The provider invoices you directly for shipping and is responsible for your cargo under its own terms and conditions, which have limits. Ask us about cargo insurance if you need additional cover.

No guarantees of approval

We do not guarantee bank account approval, visa or residence approval, company registration approval, customs clearance or import approval. These decisions belong to banks and government authorities.

Products and vehicles

Products and vehicles must meet the requirements of your destination country. We help coordinate certificates, testing and documents, but you are responsible for confirming that goods can be legally imported and used in your country before you buy.

Suppliers

Supplier checks and inspections reduce risk but cannot remove it. You approve every supplier, specification and purchase.

Payment apps and connectivity

WeChat Pay, Alipay and similar services are subject to the provider’s eligibility and identity checks. We can help with setup but cannot guarantee that a particular card or account will be accepted.

Quotes

Every service is quoted before work begins. Prices for third-party services (such as shipping, government fees and bank charges) depend on the provider and may change.
